Guatemala being the beautiful country it is, offering year long spectacular weather, located hours away from any point in the US and being a central hub for technological services it also has 1.3M immigrants and more than 370K unemployed workforce from its 16M total population.
Industries have worked on teaching English, which is great but it solves only half of the problem as candidates tend to use this skill to migrate to the US. We offer an additional skill set for them to stay local and build better opportunities for their families and careers.

This industry offers talent to work from anywhere and avoid having to migrate to big cities or leave their homes.
Our program includes a set of tech, logic and problem solving skills that launch our talent into the digital world with real experience as they join ongoing projects held by our partners. Codezillians learn the value of loyalty, grit and networking.
